WHAT ARE THE SERVICES YOU PROVIDE?

1. Payment of the taxes and bills related to the property such as electricity, gas, public services, and property tax
2.- Representation of the owner at the Owners Association
3.- Property management (cleaning, maintenance, installation of amenities)
4.- Concierge services for the owner and/or users of the property (airport pick up, dinners with chefs, tours, legal assistance, travel insurance, car rentals, buying groceries etc.)

HOW DO YOUR FEES WORK?

We quote the service per package or individually depending of the owner's demands. We usually have a commission for each service, but we may also prepare an "all inclusive package". It all depends on the amount of time the owner spends at the property.

CAN A FOREIGNER PURCHASE LAND NEAR THE BEACH?

No. Only Mexicans can, but foreigners may purchase a Mexican company that owns the house or pays to a Bank Institution to create a Trust. We also assist our clients to find the best options for them.

IF I OWN A PROPERTY IN MEXICO, DO I HAVE TO PAY TAXES IN MEXICO?

Only those related to the earnings obtained for owning the property ("income tax for rentals") and those related to the property (such as "predial" or "land owners tax").
